Text Box: We are pleased to invite you to participate in the discussion forum entitled “Strengthening Strategic Alliances through Science, Technology, and Engineering Cooperation” which will  be held alongside with the first International Conference on the Promotion of Science and Technology for African Development on August 8, 2007 at Tokyo Institute of Technology. We will welcome a limited number of presentations from DAC participating universities. Interesting proposed papers which cannot be presented because  of time constraint will be published  in the conference final proceedings. In principle, Technical presentations shall be in connection with ongoing DAC research projects on Distance Education, Conflict Analysis( Agent-Based Social Systems Sciences) , and Master Programs. Other technical papers may be considered for presentation or inclusion into the final proceedings depending on their relevance to the conference technical session..
